Tasks: 

  • Responsible for monitoring and purchasing of office, kitchen and stationaries supplies.
  • Reception duties such as receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them properly, answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, temperature and ehteraz check)
  • Receiving and checking invoices, requesting confirmation from the Engineers involved.
  • Getting signature for invoice verification from the engineer in charge before payment will be done.
  • Scan and save all monthly invoices received.
  • Prepare monthly payments to suppliers.
  • Filling of invoices.
  • Prepare Transmittals & Authorization Documents.
  • Consolidation of reports to sponsor (monthly and quarterly).
  • Prepare and fill up documents as requested by Managers.
  • Prepare Company Credit Cards liquidation.
  • Prepare employee liquidation for reimbursement.
  • Act as General Manager Secretary.
