Job Description

• Define, plan, prepare, and implement marketing plans that promote the global business potentials. • Determining the demand for products offered by the business and its competitors and identify potential customers. • Devise and implement a range of pricing and service incentives for existing and potential new customers. 
JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: • MBA or at least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent. • Diploma / Degree / Certificate in ICT (Information and Communication Technology). Experience: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing. • Experience in Telecommunication / IT sector or Branding Agencies. Skills: • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.). • Detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills. • Dependability: Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations. • Attention to Detail: Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks. • Cooperation: Job requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude. • Communication :the Marketing Head has responsibility for ensuring that marketing goals are communicated across the team. • New Product Launch: New products will be a key factor of the Marketing Head s performance. Their success will be the Marketing Head s’ success. • Networking :It will be vital for the Marketing Head to represent the organizations out in the community at a variety of networking events and conferences. • Leadership The marketing team will perform against the leadership standards set by the Head. • Ideation, An element of creativity, is vital for a Marketing Head to come up with new marketing strategies for the marketplace. • Performance Management With success derived from the teams’ performance it may mean that the Marketing Head has to take responsibility for any underperformance. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy & Planning • Develop and manage marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets. • Develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development. • Develop short and long range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. • Plan public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach. • Develop sales selling cycle and methodology. Operational • Define, prepare and implement the marketing plan for the company. • Establish and lead the marketing team which targets potential customers industry-wide. • Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities. • Devise and implement a range of pricing and service incentives for existing and potential new customer which will give the company a market advantage. • Plan the concepts, establish the objectives, and direct the activities of the international media advertising promotional campaign for the company. • Compile lists describing product or service offerings. • Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services. • Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction. • Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers. • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. • Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings. • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. • Participate in the development of new project proposals. • Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts. • Participate in the development of new project proposals. • Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials. • Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company. • Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs. • Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop long term business plans for the company. • Serve on planning and policy-making committees. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. General & Administrative • Administer performance review of the subordinates. • Promote positive relations with partners and clients. • Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.
