- Convert leads into potential solutions by qualifying, applying the appropriate sales process, identifying the required project team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process.
- Being a good team player and keen to upgrade knowledge as per evolving product development and market needs and trends.
- Gather and validate preliminary information via on-line research, social media platforms (LinkedIn), networking, facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements as the case may be.
- Ability to promote service sales business on social media platforms to reach out to key clients and develop them from prospects to clients.
- Responsible for proposal development, pricing and selling strategy for HVAC equipment replacement with controls and energy services, negotiating price and contractual terms and conditions. Exposure in Energy Audit would be an advantage.
- Assist customers in answering technical questions on HVAC systems, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution.
- Coordinate with Client / Consultant / Main Contractor for site works.
