Charterhouse is looking to hire a talented Recruiter to specialise in permanent/contract recruitment to work on-site for a client that is experiencing high volumes of recruitment. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious, goal-orientated recruiter that is able to work to tight deadlines and with high volumes of recruitment.
You will be heavily involved in working with candidates primarily from offer stage, liaising with agency suppliers, ensuring HR support is provided to ensure the candidate journey is exceptional. Having strong attention to detail, excellent IT skills and the ability to work in a team are key for this role.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally be Degree educated and have strong computer skills. You should have the desire to develop your business acumen skills and be someone that has tenacity and resilience. You will have excellent communications skills both verbal and written in English. You should also have the ability to connect with people at all levels and build professional working relationships with candidates, recruitment agencies, stakeholders and colleagues. Preference will be given to candidates who are immediately available, as this is an urgent role.
