Charterhouse is working with a leading international firm who is looking to hire an experienced Legal Secretary to support across various teams on a 6 months FTC basis. For this full-time role, you will be based in their regional office in Dubai and will have opportunity to gain exposure with a highly regarded and multinational firm.
The role will involve typing correspondences and copy-proofing documentation. This role will support a number of fee earners as well as maintaining numerous diaries, providing consistent handover notes whilst also assisting other secretaries to complete various tasks within a team setting.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of three years’ experience in the same job title/role. You will be a professional and well organised individual who is commercially astute, able to work to deadlines and accurately under pressure. You will possess a positive approach with strong team skills being imperative along with having a high attention to detail. The successful candidate will be mature and pragmatic with the ability to communicate at all levels across a multitude of stakeholders.
