Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:–    Overseeing marketing department.-    Evaluating, developing, and executing marketing strategy and plan.-    Researching demand for our products and services.-    Working with the sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.-    Handling digital marketing effort.-    Evaluating competitors.-    Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.-    Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.-    Building brand awareness and positioning.

Skills

Skills– A minimum of 3 years of FMCG Marketing experience.- Possesses a good digital marketing background.- Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of marketing and a genuine enthusiasm for the subject.- Ability to problem-solve and multi-task.- Have attention to detail.
